Pipa

A Delight for the Senses!

What better way to share time with the one you love or the one you are hoping to love than to share small plates in a low-lit environment that makes you feel like you are somewhere far far away? Stop into Pipa’s for a truly enchanting evening.  Adjacent to ABC Carpet, Pipa’s has romance covered. From the dreamy vintage chandelier lighting, which are for sale, to the dark wood benches and warm candlelit tables, Pipa makes for a great conversation starter.

They are known for their signature Sangria, which was delicious, but if you are in the mood for wine, try the Riojas. It was smooth and rich. The food arrives to your table as soon as it is ready, so come to Pipa when you have a leisurely dinner in mind. The tapas dishes are just as memorable. In fact, the staple for their menu are tapas, or small plates. The piggy back dates, dates wrapped in bacon, were vibrant and danced in my mouth. The grilled calamari was cooked perfectly, and octopus was meaty and delicious. Try the scallops and flatbreads which will tantalize the senses. And, of course, they serve up delightful Paella. Looking for something sweet? Try the delectable Tres leches for dessert or the irresistible Chocolate Bomba.

If you are looking for a sumptuous atmosphere with a lively crowd, Pipa is for you. Since it always draws a great crowd, be sure to make a reservation.  And check out their Latin music nights! Tell them www.twodaymag.com sent you!
