Lisa Davis and I have discussed countless articles related to love and healthy living, but a common theme that I often hear from readers is that of bringing back passion to a relationship. In this radio clip from itsyourhealthnetwork.com, I gave some tips on how to bring back the romance (even if you have been together for almost 20 years!).

Today, we talked about what NOT to say to singles...sometimes we can be a little insensitive to friends that aren’t in relationships...and maybe they actually LIKE being single! So, let’s be supportive of the people in our lives, whether they are in a relationship, or free as a bird!
I’m always fortunate whenever I get the opportunity to chat with Lisa Davis. We have covered all kinds of relationship-related and pop culture topics on her show, but I was honored when she wanted to discuss my advice column, askNatalie, for twoday magazine.
Lisa Davis, the wonderful host of It's Your Health Radio, and I discussed Bobby Cherry's article, "Six Year Old Sex Objects?" What we are teaching our young girls about their bodies and sexuality goes beyond "little girls growing up too soon." Looking at television, for example, we have little girls like "Honey Boo Boo" talking about how a "dollar makes her hollar" while she is dressed up in bikini tops and garish make up.
Check out what we had to say on this topic and share your comments!

Do boys and girls really learn differently or are these just societal constraints that we have put on them to behave in a certain way? Lisa Davis and I discuss whether or not single-sex education is better for the future generations of this country.
Tracey Steinberg, Dateologist and host of New York City's only interactive live dating advice show, Dating Help 911!, was kind enough to have me as a guest for the third time.
